SIMPLE PLAN RELEASES NEW SINGLE "RUIN MY LIFE" FT. SUM 41’S DERYK WHIBLEY

Montréal, QC, February 18, 2022 -- Canada’s legendary pop punk heroes are thrilled to announce the release of a brand new single destined to rocket up the charts. For Ruin My Life,the Montreal group enlisted the help of another one of Canada’s favourite pop punk talents, Sum 41 frontman Deryk Whibley.


The song - which feels perfectly old school while still sounding fresh and modern - is built directly from the signature Simple Plan DNA - catchy riffs, soaring choruses, relatable lyrics, and that extra special feel to their songs that speaks directly to the listener.

“’Ruin My Life’ is a song about overcoming adversity, going through a difficult life situation, and not only surviving it, but becoming an even stronger and more resilient version of yourself because of it,” the band shares. “It’s fun, catchy, energetic and empowering and we’re so excited to share it with our fans.
