ANNONCENT UNE ENTENTE DE PARTENARIAT ET
UN NOUVEAU LABEL : COLLECTION DISQUES DURS
MONTRÉAL, QC, le 11 mars 2021 – Multicolore, l’organisation québécoise derrière Igloofest, le festival le plus froid au monde, et le célèbre Piknic Électronik Montréalais qui s’est vu exporté à Paris, Santiago, Melbourne et Austin, annonce aujourd’hui une prise de participation au capital de Courage. Courage se spécialise dans la gestion d’artistes, la production et la diffusion d’événements et la production musicale et représente une panoplie de talents électrisants dont Blank Banshee, Charlie Shulz, CRi (tout juste nominé pour la catégorie Album Électronique de l’année aux Prix Juno 2021), Laurence Matte, Michael Sparks, mØziz, Priori, RYAN Playground aka TDJ, Sam Lamar, yehno, Victor Bongiovanni, Overland et X-Coast. Ce partenariat vient solidifier une relation de longue date et confirmer la volonté de Multicolored’investir dans la qualité et la diversité de la programmation de ses festivals. Dans la foulée de cette entente, Multicolore et Courage lancent leur nouvelle étiquette de disque Collection Disques Durs.
Plusieurs projets seront annoncés dans les semaines et mois à venir pour le nouveau label montréalais. Commençons par l’annonce de la sortie du premier EP du cerveau créatif au son techno/house progressif montréalais, yehno, intitulé « Tomorrow We’ll Be There » qui sera disponible dès le 13 mars prochain. Sa première pièce au son dramatique et féérique « Our Best Selves » est déjà disponible partout depuis le 18 février dernier.

ANNOUNCE A PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT AND A NEW LABEL: COLLECTION DISQUES DURS
MONTRÉAL, QC, March 11, 2021 – Today Multicolore, the Quebec organization behind Igloofest, the world’s coldest festival, and Montreal’s famous Piknic Électronik, which has been exported to Paris, Santiago, Melbourne and Austin, announces that it has acquired an equity holding in Courage. Courageis specialized in artist management, musical production, and concert and event production and presentation, overseeing a vast array of electrifying talents, including Blank Banshee, Charlie Shulz, CRi (recently nominated in the Electronic Album of the Year category at the 2021 Juno Awards), Laurence Matte, Michael Sparks, mØziz, Priori, RYAN Playground aka TDJ, Sam Lamar, yehno, Victor Bongiovanni, Overland, and X-Coast. This partnership solidifies a long-term relationship and confirms that Multicolore's engagement to invest in the quality and diversity of its festival programming. Along with this agreement, Multicolore and Courage are launching their new record label: Collection Disques Durs.
Several projects will be announced in the upcoming weeks and months for the new Montreal label, starting with the announcement of the release of the debut EP by Montreal-based progressive techno/house mastermind yehno, entitled “Tomorrow We’ll Be There,” which will be available on March 13. The dramatic, enchanting first single, “Our Best Selves,” is available everywhere since February 18.

With the addition of our new label, we want to amplify the voice of an alternative scene that is dear to us, namely electronic music. We consider that scene underrepresented in Quebec as far as record labels go.”
