Montréal, October 14, 2025 — A rising figure on the electro-pop scene, Mike Demero is quickly becoming one of the most promising artists of his generation. As a producer, composer, and DJ, he continues to build momentum while staying deeply connected to his local roots. After energizing some of Québec’s biggest stages — from the Festival d’été de Québec to îLESONIQ and the Grand Prix du Canada — the Québec-born artist is now entering a pivotal chapter in his career with the release of his first EP, Forever Young, set for October 31, 2025.
The launch will be accompanied by two major shows: October 31 at Grizzly Fuzz in Québec Cityand November 1 at Studio TD in Montréal, marking his very first headlining indoor show in Montréal. These performances highlight a milestone season for the artist, who will soon head back to Europe to reconnect with his growing international fan base. Meanwhile, the French version of his hit single Calling, recorded with Lou, is steadily climbing several radio charts in France — a clear sign that Mike Demero’s sound is reaching far beyond Québec’s borders.
Born into a family of musicians, Mike first picked up the violin at the age of seven — an instrument that shaped his natural ear for melody and emotion. He began producing music at a young age and started sharing his early creations online in 2020. His videos quickly drew attention from the global music community, propelling the young artist toward a fast-rising career. His distinctive sound blends electronic energy with pop sensibility — a fusion of introspection and movement designed for both the heart and the dance floor.
In 2023, Mike Demero broke through to mainstream audiences with Night in Paris, a collaboration with Aloe Blacc that became an instant success, topping the ADISQ Top 100 and earning him the SOCAN Award for Francophone Popular Song of the Year. His follow-up single, Take Me Away(My Love), featuring Zagata, also reached #1 and won the SOCAN Award for Anglophone Popular Song of the Year. Since then, Mike Demero has amassed over 17 million streams across platforms, 1.8 million social media followers, and more than 170,000 radio spins across Canada.
With recent tracks such as Calling (with Sam Feldt and Dynoro), Count These Stars (with DJs from Mars and SIKS), and Losing Myself (feat. EMMY), Mike has solidified his place as one of the most exciting new voices in international electro-pop. Supported on social media by heavyweights like David Guetta, Kygo, Marshmello, The Chainsmokers, and Loud Luxury, he bridges the gap between Québec and the world’s electronic music capitals. His upcoming appearance and performance at the Amsterdam Dance Event 2025 (ADE) perfectly capture this momentum — the journey of an artist from Québec whose sound carries a truly global signature.
At the same time, Mike has signed with the prestigious Independent Artist Group (IAG) in the United States, marking a key milestone in his North American and European expansion. The partnership underscores the growing international recognition of his talent while reinforcing his deep connection to home.
On stage, Mike’s approach mirrors his music — immersive, emotional, and full of surprises. While most DJs stick to clubs and festivals, he’s chosen to bring his music to concert halls, creating a shared experience between artist and audience. His first indoor concert in Québec City in 2024 sold out completely, and the 2025 edition is already following suit. On November 1, he will take the stage at Montréal’s Studio TD, marking an exceptional moment for a Québec electronic artist.
“I’ve always dreamed of building a bridge between the scene here and the rest of the world. Everything starts at home — in Québec — where I learned, dreamed, and found my voice. Hearing my songs on European radio and performing at ADE shows that an artist from here can shine far beyond his roots,” says Mike Demero.
With an impressive track record, strong streaming numbers, and high-profile collaborations, Mike Demero stands as the face of a new era in Québec electronic music — ambitious, global, and deeply human.
