Toronto, ON – Thursday, January 29, 2026 — Women In Music Canada has announced that Catherine Harrison, President & Founder of Revelios [Mental Health Works], has been nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year (Presented by Believe and TuneCore) as part of the 2026 Women In Music Canada Honours. The 4th annual Honours event will take place on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Toronto’s Queen Elizabeth Theatre.
This nomination recognizes Catherine Harrison’s transformative leadership at the intersection of mental health, entrepreneurship, and the Canadian music industry. Through Revelios, a boutique consultancy specializing in helping organizations create psychologically safe and high-performing workplaces, Harrison has become a leading voice advocating for sustainable, human-centred leadership models—particularly within the music sector.

Through her work, she aims to strengthen collective mental health literacy and social fitness by reducing stigma and facilitating open, courageous conversations—especially in high-pressure creative industries.
As President of Revelios [Mental Health Works], Harrison leads a music industry leadership consultancy that helps organizations equip people leaders at all levels to drive high performance while building healthy, high-trust cultures. She is a trusted advisor to multiple national and international non-profit music organizations and is widely recognized for her evidence-based, impact-driven approach.
SOUNDCHECK: FACING THE INDUSTRY’S MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS
Central to Harrison’s nomination is her role as Lead Researcher of Soundcheck: Mental Health in the Canadian Music Industry—the first large-scale national study of its kind focused exclusively on the mental health of Canadian music workers, including artists, crew, producers, managers, and other industry professionals.
Developed exclusively by Revelios and launched in September 2024, Soundcheck aims to quantify the unique and systemic stressors impacting the music industry and to establish an evidence-informed foundation for meaningful reform.
The full Soundcheck report is set to be released in the coming weeks, marking a pivotal moment for the industry as it confronts the realities of a long-overlooked mental health crisis and begins the work of structural change.

The Women In Music Canada Honours celebrate Canadian innovators and creators who have demonstrated outstanding success and leadership within their field during the eligibility year. Nominees are selected through a rigorous juried process, with honourees announced during the annual Honours ceremony, which caps off a week of activities celebrating International Women’s Week.
The 2026 Honours Event also coincides with the Women In Music Canada Global Summit, taking place March 2–4, 2026, in Toronto.
