The song, released in November 2024, reflects isolation, lost time and the long realization that being vulnerable is sometimes the only way out. “Is There Anyone Out There?” is a rhetorical question we ask ourselves out loud, and then the healing begins.

Good Mourning EP available May 30

The EP, due May 30, is structured around the five stages of grief, but not in a linear fashion. The songs explore denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance, but they evolve in relation to each other as real emotions do. Sometimes you get to the end and then back to the beginning. It's about the messy process of loss, whether it's the loss of a person, love, time, or identity.
